Tina Poulin, M. OMSc, RMT
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Registered Massage Therapist
I received my Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc), graduating from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO); a 4 year, 4200 hour program with a required 1000 hours of clinical training. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) which is recognized with ALL 3rd party insurance providers.
Prior to the completion of this program, I practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and still hold this accreditation, giving me over 20 years of experience. I graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1998, where I completed the 2200 hour massage therapy diploma program. I am also registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), which is regulated under the Ontario Health Professional Act.
Although passionate about my career, I also enjoy many other activities outside of my practice - one of them being Yoga. I am a true believer that the body and mind work together simultaneously. In my spare time, family and friends keep me very busy. My hobbies include, learning the cello, reading, music and travel. I continue to keep an open heart and mind in regards to new experiences and different ways of thinking, in order to develop my skills and techniques within the field.
