My Background

I've been practicing manual therapy for over 20 years, and during that time, I've helped numerous patients feel better in their bodies. I graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1998 as a Massage Therapist and completed my Osteopathic training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2020. My training and years of experience have allowed me to develop a unique approach to care that focuses on the patient's needs.

My Approach

My approach to care is different because I believe that manual therapy doesn't have to be painful to be effective. I work intuitively to calm the nervous system, which allows the body to integrate the treatment, leading to decreased pain and improved mobility. I offer a thorough and therapeutic treatment style that is tailored to each patient's needs. My approach is firm yet gentle, and I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space for all. When you come to see me, you can expect a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific concerns and helps you feel better in your body.
