Initial Osteopathic Visit

Initial appointments include reviewing the patient’s detailed Health History Intake form as well as Consent forms.  Together both patient and practitioner will go over the details ensuring all information is communicated.  If it is safe to do so, treatment will begin during this first appointment.  Treatment may last up to 45 minutes.

           

Adult / Child / Infant:  $110

Follow-up Osteopathic Visit

Follow up appointments Include a health history update, assessment, and osteopathic manual treatment.  Treatment may last up to 30 minutes.
